چکیده
Abstract Inducers play an important role in fungus cellulase production. In this study, a combination of Avicel and laver powder, which contains cellulose, hemicellulose, other polysaccharides, crude lipid, was used to induce lignocellulolytic enzyme production Penicillium piceum H16. When supplemented with various amounts activities or extracellular protein yields increased by 11.4%–102.5%, relative those observed when alone used. particular, filter paper cellobiohydrolase as much 39.3% 102.5%, respectively, after supplementation powder. Furthermore, powder enhanced the efficiency cellulose hemicellulose hydrolysis corn stover 22.2%, respectively. The results suggest that synergistically lignocellulytic P. H16 growth. iTRAQ‐based quantitative proteomics analysis further demonstrate optimized synergistic cocktail from upregulating cellulase‐enhancing factors enzymes. oligosaccharides released may account for induction, help reduce cost producing enzymes filamentous fungi.

Lignocellulolytic enzyme production of Pleurotus ostreatus growth in agroindustrial wastes
The mushroom Pleurotus ostreatus has nutritional and medicinal characteristics that depend on the growth substrate. In nature, this fungus grows on dead wood, but it can be artificially cultivated on agricultural wastes (coffee husks, eucalyptus sawdust, corncobs and sugar cane bagasse). The degradation of agricultural wastes involves some enzyme complexes made up of oxidative (laccase, mangane...

to discuss my point, i have collected quite a number of articles, anthologies, and books about "wuthering heights" applying various ideas and theories to this fantastic story. hence, i have come to believe that gadamer and jauss are rightful when they claim that "the individaul human mind is the center and origin of all meaning," 3 that reading literature is a reader-oriented activity, that it ...
15 صفحه اولProduction of Lignocellulolytic Enzymes by Mushrooms
Biopolymers contained within or derived from plant biomass form by far the largest pool of soil carbon. The decomposition of lignocellulose in the soil environment thus attracts considerable attention. Lignocellulose is composed mainly of the polysaccharidic polymers cellulose and hemicelluloses, and the polyphenolic polymer lignin. During transformation in soils, humic substances (humus, humic...
